Child First Aylesbury Pre-School collaborates with parents to achieve optimal outcomes for children through a holistic curriculum, utilizing open-ended resources to inspire curiosity. Our goal is to foster independence, self-awareness, responsibility, and resilience in children while providing ample opportunities for firsthand experiences. We prioritize outdoor exploration and learning, facilitated by our recently renovated garden and Forest School sessions. Our “Helicopter stories” program enhances creativity, listening skills, and plays a crucial role in building confidence and fostering effective communication and language development.
We are open from Monday-Friday, 7:30-6pm from 2 years 9 months – 5 years
Our menus are designed by the Pre-School chef and a paediatric dietician to meet the needs of each age group.
Both my son and daughter went to Child First and we have loved it. From the incredible food to the amazing staff, Child First became a second home! We will miss it so much when my son moves on to school in September. Highly recommend.
My child only started recently but so far she has had a lovely time. The menu is seasonal and I know she enjoys her meals there. She also takes naps so is coming home well rested where she didn't at a previous nursery. The facilities and play areas are great and my daughter is enjoying the space to play outdoors that they offer.
Fantastic nursery! My baby started nursery at 10 months of age. The staff are lovely and have a great rapport with my baby. Food is prepared fresh on site and he eats better than I do! The outdoor space is incredible, and there are lots of activities for my baby to engage in.
Taking care of our staff’s wellbeing is of prime importance to us and we are proud to have been voted the 14th best place to work in the whole of the UK.
We adhere to our registration on the Ofsted Early Years Register. This monitors the overall quality standards of the early year’s provision in line with the principles and requirements of the EYFS.
