Child First Moulton Nursery is a private day care nursery situated in a beautiful Georgian lodge within 3 acres of land and forest. The nursery is conveniently located for both local residents and commuters alike, being within 10 minutes of Northampton town centre and directly adjacent to Moulton Park Business Park. We are open full-time from 8:00am – 6:00pm caring for children from 3 months to 5 years.
At Child First Moulton Nursery we work in partnership with parents to achieve the best possible outcomes for all the children in our care. Our high-quality service ensures children develop socially, intellectually, culturally, physically and emotionally in a homely, caring and secure environment. Our environment and development programmes are tailored for each age range, providing a range of creative activities including, languages, early computer skills and emergent reading and writing to help the children develop, and prepare them for their next steps in education. Our programme meets the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum and the Northamptonshire Local Authority funding requirements.

Both my son and daughter went to Child First and we have loved it. From the incredible food to the amazing staff, Child First became a second home! We will miss it so much when my son moves on to school in September. Highly recommend.
My child only started recently but so far she has had a lovely time. The menu is seasonal and I know she enjoys her meals there. She also takes naps so is coming home well rested where she didn't at a previous nursery. The facilities and play areas are great and my daughter is enjoying the space to play outdoors that they offer.
Fantastic nursery! My baby started nursery at 10 months of age. The staff are lovely and have a great rapport with my baby. Food is prepared fresh on site and he eats better than I do! The outdoor space is incredible, and there are lots of activities for my baby to engage in.

Our menus are designed by the nursery chefs and a paediatric dietician to meet the needs of each age group.
Your first settling in sessions will give your child an opportunity to get to know your child’s Key Person.

We know that fabulous team make a great Nursery and we pride ourselves on having a highly qualified, trained and skilled team. Staff are encouraged and supported in developing their skills by studying for higher level Childcare qualifications. All staff undertake mandatory training in Safeguarding, Paediatric First Aid, Health, Fire and Food Safety. Taking care of our staff and their wellbeing is of prime importance to us.
